Marketing & Social Media Manager (Part-Time)

Hosur.com is the leading classifieds and local marketplace for Hosur and surrounding areas. We connect buyers, sellers, and businesses in our community and are looking to grow our presence both online and on the ground.

Position Overview:

We are hiring a motivated individual to manage both on-the-ground marketing and social media presence for Hosur.com. You will help drive user engagement, promote the platform locally, and build relationships with businesses and community groups.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct on-the-ground marketing in Hosur (posters, flyers, partnerships with local businesses, event promotion, etc.)

• Plan and manage Hosur.com’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp groups, etc.)

• Create engaging content to attract more users and businesses

• Respond to messages and build an online community

• Track growth and report performance metrics

• Identify marketing opportunities and suggest creative strategies

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with Hosur and local businesses

• Experience with marketing, sales, or social media management

• Good communication skills in English and Tamil

• Basic graphic design or content creation skills are a plus

• Self-motivated and able to work independently

Job Type: Part-Time (Flexible hours, results-oriented)

Compensation: Competitive, based on experience. Bonus for results.
